Green mentoring ™ is a global project to create local and regional clusters of mentors that work to transform and grow green businesses. Our teams will take you through a careful, focused process that can be done within as little as 2-3 days from prototype to fully operational coaching/mentoring system.
We can then train local staff as needed, anywhere in the world with the Green Mentoring ™ Diploma and/or The Bridge 2.0 Intensive if they have already worked as coaches or mentors. This will elevate them with exactly the skills they need for leadership, admin and working with organisational change, coaching and mentoring. And if qualified, they will get an EMCC Global accreditation for Practitioner or Senior Practitioner.
This process reduces consulting and external cost to a level that maximizes value and minimizes cost.
