Are you prepared to say “Sorry, grandkids”? Grandchildren should not inherit a planet that is 3-4oC/6-7oF warmer, but it looks like we’re on track again. More perverse weather, landslides, demolished coastal cities, increasing insurance premiums,  polluted rivers, more deserts, hunger, water shortage, islands and cities under water, melting ice caps and glaciers, fish with plastic bags, animals dying, bees dying, contaminated oceans …

The list went on and on and I couldn’t just watch it.

I asked: How can we fix the future, or must we watch as the disasters unfold?

I don’t know and nobody else knows, either. But I wanted to do my best to avoid disasters. I wanted a sustainable future for my children and grandchildren. So, with 35 years in consulting, international management, executive coaching and psychology, I decided to start a global project – it’s my third after General Electric and International Executive Search Federation. International management, global projects, workgroup leader, facilitator and business mentor – been there, done that.

As leader, we can share a mission: fix the future before it’s too late. Let’s work together.

But I need to earn money? Fixing climate change is or at least be economic growth. That’s how macro economy works. A greener economy is not a cost, it’s just green instead of black. Sustainable instead of destruction and collapse. Hi, grandkids!

Yes, everything that somebody pays for is economic growth. For coaches and consultants, we already have a very strong marketing foundation to share (you need the LAB first).

This is how our special version of Green Mentors™ was born.

To help millions of business owners and leaders change to sustainability. Because activism and politics don’t produce goods and services, the future is actually in the hands of business leaders. We can only buy what is available. Mentoring is the perfect answer to accelerate change across industries and geographies.

SME’s are particularly important for fast change – they are the front to consumers and decide what to sell. Coaches and mentors can help them reassess and change. They don’t have time and money for a year-long ‘leadership development program’. Coaches and mentors promote action and don’t rely on thick binders of analyses and theories.

Focus is king: SME’s must build what they need as they go, with minimum time and money.  And for investors: A trained mentor will be great to keep ESG on track and reduce the 70% failure rate in organisational change (source: Harvard and now BCG).

We must help managers overcome technology learning curve disadvantages and help management teams build sustainable systems of infrastructure, production, value chains and governance.

As mentors, we accelerate change because we’ve been there, done that – many of us on international or global scale. We have spent more than a year researching green technologies, circular economy and global trends. I personally watched, read, subscribed, followed, attended, discussed and came up with the business model.

After watching the Roadmap you will be led into one of two paths

  • Coaches, consultants and business mentors can proceed to Green Mentoring LAB and Climate Mastermind.
  • Business owners, managers and executives can book a free discovery call.

Remember: together we are stronger.

Sincerely yours, Paul O Olson
